Vincennes in Old Time
The Vincennes en
Anciennes association brings together collectors of vintage cars for a new
edition of the Traversée de Paris en vieilles!
The starting signal will be launched at
7 a.m., on Sunday March 27, on the south forecourt of the Château de Vincennes.
No less than
700 cars, motorcycles, bicycles, buses, and even tractors will parade in a
procession through the streets of Paris, over 40 kilometers! For the 22nd
edition of the Traversée de Paris, the association
wishes to highlight “cult and cultural places”.
Through a route that will be unveiled the same
day, collectors will tour the capital,
passing by several emblematic monuments, including the Sacré-Coeur,
Notre-Dame and the Sainte-Trinité!
Departures will be early in the morning: the
first vehicles will set off from 7:15 a.m. (and until 9 a.m.) at the South
Parvis of the Château de Vincennes. If you don't have an old vehicle, don't
panic, you can find places in old buses (at 10€) to follow the procession!
